Propaganda Poster

I wish I had written "about bills" and "about change" instead of "of", but that's just me being nit-picky. Some pieces look too photoshopped because I didn't make the shadows, and that bothers me. Also, I am never going to chew that much gum ever again.

Flash Experiments

Here we have Margo without flash, Margo with a modified flash (the lint sheet cover) and Margo with a regular flash.
But I have yet to figure out how to keep images rotated using photoshop! Any ideas?

House in a Thunderstorm

When I was walking home from the barn the other day, it was thundering directly overhead, but the sun was setting in the distance, so the ambience was ridiculous. This is just a picture of the back of my house from the back field, but the light was so cool, and I love the contrast, so I thought I'd share.

Messing with Angles

My friend, Lauren, and I went up to the fire tower on Blue Job the other day to take some pictures and eat some blueberries on the way down. I had a lot of fun messing around with the different angles, and some pictures I am really excited about, mainly the one of the broken wire. It came out better than I expected.

Experimenting with Color

Here we have an overly saturated Lauren resting at the top of Mt. Major, although I actually really like the saturation. We got distracted on the way down the mountain when we found a field of blueberry bushes, as the b&w photo makes obvious. I was worried about that one because the sun was directly behind Lauren so I wasn't sure if it would work out as I hoped, but it seems ok. I also really like her reflection in the puddle.
